I would totally yank out all four of my teeth, but apparently I'd die of blood loss.

Apparently after pulling one out, I have to stay in for 4 days.

Which means, I need to rest a total of 16 days when I do yank all four teeth.

That would be the lesser of two evils, considering that the first time one of my wisdom teeth grew out, I was in so much pain that I had fever.

But then there's another problem,

I'm going for internship in 2 weeks lah.

I suppose my best bet would be to yank at least ONE of them out lah.

Which means I need to go for surgery.

Which means I might not be able to talk for days.

I don't think I have a problem with not talking,

It's just that, it's really really annoying.

Especially when I'm annoyed with someone and I dearly wish to scold them about it but I can't.

Yes yes this blog is getting super depressing.

However, I prefer this version of the song, compared to the original one.

This song is meant to be sung slow, I feel.

The original one had too many instruments, and was sung a bit too fast.

Not to say it wasn't good. It's just that the orchestral placement, and tempo were a bit off.

As in, it didn't suit the melody, and especially, the deeply meaningful lyrics.

I mean, I heard the original first and I thought it was cool.

Then I found the acoustic, and I thought it sounded perfect.

I think people made that happy ending just to make us all feel better about ourselves.

To think, oh if this happened to so-and-so (insert dreamy hero/heroine name here),

It can happen to me.

Problems don't go away.

Disturb the calm.

The only thing we can do about it, is to solve the problem.

But in solving that problem comes another problem:

It depends if both parties want to solve it.

If one wants to and the other doesn't, what's the point?

The party that wants to solve the problem has to think of a way to solve that problem,

But how does the party do it when the other party is unwilling?

And in that problem comes another problem.

And if that problem isn't solved, the problem doesn't go away.

Am I making sense?

Taxi Driver Rapes Girls, Forces Them To Be Sex Slaves

SIX Malaysian high school students were allegedly forced to be a taxi driver's sex

slaves after he reportedly raped them and threatened to release videos of the act if they told anyone.

The Star said today the 54-year-old taxi driver reportedly picked up girls, aged between 15 and 17, outside their schools and drove them to his house in Taman Muda, Ampang, telling them he had to attend to an emergency.

It was alleged he would then rape the girls and film them on his phone, using the recordings to threaten the girls into giving him sexual favours for almost a year, police said.

One of the alleged victims decided to go to the police after confiding in a close friend, who asked her why she took the same taxi all the time.

Two of the girls attended the same school and lodged a police complaint on May 20, a third victim came forward on May 29.

Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Com Abdul Jalil Hassan said they believed there was an accomplice who made the recordings, which reportedly showed the victims screaming, crying and pleading with the cabbie to release them.

The suspect, who has been a taxi driver for 17 years and had no previous criminal records, lived alone. He was remanded for seven days until Monday at the Ampang Jaya district police station. The taxi had also been taken to the station, The Star said.

Because the recordings showed six different girls, police were urging the three other victims to come forward.

A Fire Extinguisher vs. Human Life

KUALA LUMPUR: A man’s desperate attempt to save a woman from her burning car was in vain because petrol kiosk attendants refused to lend him their fire extinguishers despite his pleadings.

The tragic 3.30am incident yesterday happened after an accident involving the woman’s Perodua Myvi, a couple’s Toyota Vios and a lorry with two men.

The accident, on the flyover along Jalan Cheras near Jalan Loke Yew, caused the Myvi to catch fire.

Among the earliest to arrive on the scene was 31-year-old Teo Chai Yong.

He was on the phone with the emergency hotline operator when he heard the frightened screams of “Tolong! Tolong! Help me!” from a woman in a Myvi. Sparks flew from under the car.

Teo quickly drove to the nearest 24-hour petrol station, less than 500m away, hoping to find a fire extinguisher.

“As I ran up to the paying counter, I saw four fire extinguishers behind the glass door. An attendant was on the other side.

“I pleaded with him to let me have the fire extinguisher and screamed that someone was pinned inside a burning car.

“But he just stared at me and kept saying he was not allowed to open the door after hours,” Teo said.

In desperation, Teo even offered to buy the extinguishers and showed the attendant his identity card.

Shortly, a second attendant showed up beside the first man and told Teo to call the fire department if there was a fire.

In frustation, Teo rushed back to the accident scene, only to see the car, with the woman still inside, engulfed in flames.

“She was still screaming but I could do nothing. I just stood there, her screams grew more frantic before fading away,” he said in a telephone interview.

BH Petrol’s managing director Tan Kim Thiam, when contacted, expressed regret over the incident at one of their petrol stations.

He said robberies were common in those hours.

“The staff were concerned and did not respond to the request as they could not see the accident,” said Tan, who declined to comment further.

City traffic police investigations chief Deputy Supt Abdullah Roning said the woman was burnt beyond recognition and her personal identification documents were also lost in the fire.

“We believe she was a 27-year-old college student from Sarawak,” said the city police prosecution division head.

The driver of the Toyota Vios and his girlfriend were also seriously injured and were rushed to Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia here.

The case is being investigated under Section 41 (1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless or dangerous driving.

Things To Do Before I Go For Internship

1. Pick up my driving.

Considering that I'm going to work, I don't think I want to mafan people into sending me to work.

Plus it's all the way in Bangsar, the not-so-holy place where all traffic jams occur. I doubt I want to depend on public transport either, in case I have to reach home late, that's not safe at all.

And I'm a big girl now lah. High time I start depending on my own transport.

2. Figure out faster not-so-jammed way from Bandar Sri Damansara to Bangsar.

Based on statement above, I do not want to be caught in traffic jams all the time.

3. Buy more OL clothes.

It's internship. Nuff said.

4. Learn to wear heels.

Woo Eileen and heels do not agree. That is, till she needs to start working.

5. Buy a new bag.

My current one is dying. As much as I love it, I'll have to let it go.

6. Re-dye my hair, and do something about my fringe.

My hair color is fading, and I really miss my red hair. My fringe ah..... Well, it's becoming a bother, really. Blocking my face at times, it covers my face and looks very untidy.

7. Buy more jeans.

Anyone who's gone to college with me know I normally wear shorts, occasionally jeans, once in a while skirts, and when I wear a dress, they can go buy lottery already. Don't think my employer will be too happy with me dressing like that though.

8. Read up or reread the briefs I've had to do back in Account Management.

Oh, yes, I'm working as an Account Executive. So I'll need to recall how to write these things.

9. Finish Semester 5

Internship in Sem 6, haven't finished Sem 5 how to go Sem 6? Ish.

Going Back

If you had the power of time travel,

Which is also why I believe in second chances.

And also why I believe in constant forgiveness.

Because we're all human.

There's no point bitching about each other, really.

For all you know you might make a bigger mistake than others.

And honestly, if we could all travel through time and correct every mistake,

We'd have a perfect world.

And to me, that's pretty boring.
